Richard Stevens and Derek Boult - The Liberal Democrat candidates

Next Thursday's by election in St. Michael's ward is expected to be a close finish as both Conservative and Labour voters switch to support the Liberal Democrat candidates Richard Stevens and Derek Boult.

"Our canvass returns show that only a few votes separate us and the Tories" said Richard. "The Labour Party appears to be out of the race"

Polling takes place on next Thursday between 8 am and 9 pm and the result will be announced later that evening.
